"Because we care"

December is one of the most pleasant times of the year. During this period there is always a lot of fun, parties, food, and many more social activities. You name it. But in addition to all the fun, it is certainly good to think about our community. In this context, BDO has decided to make the children’s home, Sukh Dhaam, happy with a sports day including lunch, snacks and drinks.

This sports day was organized on Saturday December 14^th, 2019 by BDO Suriname, for the children's home “Sukh Dhaam”. Here are some of pictures of that day.

In addition, we have donated a financial contribution for the medical treatment of Ishika Gopal. Ishika was born with shriveled kidneys. Doctors also discovered that she also has an enlarged heart.

In January 2020 we made a package with food and care products for Soraya Jacobussen (see https://youtu.be/tZMlVFiW84E) who became blind and paralyzed after her pregnancy.

BDO Suriname regularly supports social activities. Doing good for others increases self-esteem among our people and gives great satisfaction. This also contributes to teambuilding.
