By popular demand, BDO will start again with a recurring reward research that will provide insight into market developments in the context of remuneration.

Reward, to provide necessities of life, is one of the main factors of people to work. Immediately thereafter the subject is rewarding by the particular choice of life of working people becoming increasingly topical. From employers in Suriname is increasingly recognized the importance of adequate compensation, including as a result of the pressure of personnel costs in total (operating) expenses of an organization. Also paid from the public attention is a minimum hourly wage and the increase in personnel costs through wage increases. There arise among employers competitive wages in the labor market between the public sector (including parastataal), private sector and (increasingly) foreign investors. Both employers and employees is a need for understanding of (modern) methods of reward on the market.

The research will be done as extensively as possible in Suriname organizations to reward ratios on job level. The intention is to make a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the state of the growing market. Current trends and developments in the field of his reward (in the long run) the purpose of this recurring study. The confidentiality of this research is guaranteed and the data entered, you will only be visible to the employees of BDO in charge of this project.
